We are a small family-run business and we work very hard to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Teddö Play® and will happily return to us again and again. If this is sadly not the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you to rectify the problem.
All sales are final unless the item is different from what you ordered or faulty.
Since our learning products are used by young children, for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns if the product has been opened or used in any way.
If you ordered an item by mistake, you can return it to us as long as it has not been opened, original seal is intact and the item is in its original packaging.
Please note that you will have to bear the delivery costs for returns and also send us the item using a tracked and signed-for service so we can both be sure that the item will reach us back safely.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon the safe receipt on the item and careful inspection to check that it has been unopened and unused, we will issue your refund within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
